    Yeah end of December. Email the company, and they will email you back a form. You have to fill it out and mail it to them. You also have to transfer the money across or pay with a cheque. Im not sure how long it takes to process, so I would definitely not wait too long. Ive sent everything off today, so will let you all know how long it takes for my shares to register.
