'Wet gas' is always good (more valuable) because the 'wet' is larger hydrocarbon molecules than the usual gas components (which are mostly methane in normal natural gas). These larger HC's are in gas phase under reservoir conditions but mostly revert back to liquid phase when temperature and pressure reduce to normal, or can be readily separated out by condensation through cooling the gas at a surface gas treatment plant. Dry gas is what customers want delivering via pipeline (predictable burning behaviour and energy content). The condensed fraction, depending on composition, is about as valuable as high quality oil I believe. This is a useful site to check the definitions of all that oil lingo; http://www.glossary.oilfield.slb.com/default.cfm
