What's the possibility that when Marty suddenly quit as a manager of Intel's Smart Home division for a start-up looking to gain traction in the same space, that some operating restrictions like, say a sunset clause, were part of his termination agreement with Intel? And, theoretically at least, would such restrictions/s need to be disclosed by the employing BoD?

Just trying to understand his strategy reversal for ADRC after only 12 months in the MD role. Followed by the early departure.

Again, what did the Board know and when did they know it.
