Paul I must admit that is my summation as well however was just interested in others opinions. They come out of a trading halt and suddenly have 2.7 billion shares currently at $.007. If they dump them it's not much coin.
They hold them and buy into the big picture. What does SMA bring to the table? Certainly not capital for expansion, maybe some expertise or software. Tax losses, now they have some value.
Little bit more to play out here I would think. I get it from SMA's point of view. Cash flow is king. I just cant see it from the vendors perspective. There must be a reason otherwise why would you?
