What a complete fu*kup. The economy is so completely shot that houses are almost worthless as there are no buyers.
Another classic sub-Sahara African case of a stupid tinpot dictator screwing the place.
Any one wants to bet that S Africa will go the same way. The recent (5 to 10 years) arrival of white Rhodesian and South African family points that way to me. There is probable more economic active SA family in Oz then actually in SA.
Great for OZ terrible for SA, down the plug hole it will go as well.
