If it is a placement Ion would that be a wise thing to do before a Sydney Roadshow of the Company.

1. Maybe yes to bring more attention to the company and a bit of extra cash.

2. Maybe not as it will make the company be seen as a bit needy at the roadshow by the investors it is trying to attract.

3. Announcement pending may bring higher share price after the road show if the company has something good to offer investor in the future.

A placement does not show much attraction to the stock at this present time and i think it would be a very bad move one or two days before it presents itself and tries to sell itself to potential investors.

I could be wrong on this. All comments appreciated.
