Just doing my analysis on XIP; a couple of comments:
1. 10x EBITDA for Griffith Hack is very expensive
2. New CEO comes in and "clears the decks" and cans the GH buy
3. There will be an asset write-off included in the Half Year results
I won't buy XIP until after the Half Year results.
