FAS is in a huge amount of debt, shares have not traded for an eternity and we have been delisted from the ASX, it doesn't get much more definitive than that.

If FAS themselves have genuine reason to be more hopeful than that why not announce it to the market and us shareholders.

As far as I'm concerned it's all over unless I see something official from FAS stating otherwise.

Just curious why were you not able to claim a capital loss? I plan to.

Capital loss can only be offset against capital gains, not against income, so unless you're an investor with a diversified portfolio from which to make capital gains, then you're out of pocket.
