Hi Hutyon 121, I was going from the original Hudson acquisition presentation on their website. They said the consolidation opportunities vis-à-vis RFG's distribution value across existing business units leads (flow chart has arrow) to a total distribution value > $300 mill. Hudson 2016 revenue was quoted as c $139m for 2016.
