The only thing that i can come up with that makes it possible,,, is that a broker has made a direct approach to all share holders that are in possession of a " non marketable-- small package ""....!!
Could have made an offer,,," at market price, without brokerags fee."".... Then got a big list of acceptances and transfered them to one of his larger customers..!!
