It's not about being smart. The answers are all there in black and white for those that care to DYOR. Well we the share holders voted to approve the transaction actually. Unfortunately most holders are punters who don't care about their $1000 investment or throw the proxy voting forms in the bin because it's just confusing junk. And those lazy votes in the bin become votes in which ever way management decide to vote... but let's be real here.. Andreas and co hold enough shares to be able out vote the majority anyway so the offer is just to make everyone feel involved.
I have already pled my case when I sold out afte digging deeper then most. In fact I called MMJ a holding company long before this change was announced. But hey what would I know..
keeps going low enough I might even trade it again when things heat up. It's not worthy of an investment anymore. Harvest 1 is a diff story but still I don't like Andreas and the way he operates. Aussie holders keeping his little cash car alive in the hopes of making it rich because they are too worried to take a loss.
