question from a "newbie"

haven't posted much, seem to get ignored because I am a "newbie", but, I have been watching this one and noticed it has climbed a bit. The question: is there any substance to the rumour that SWT's expansion into the eastern states is being assisted by a large contract they are negotiating? I don't like buying on something someone tells me at the pub.
