Yes, it's all fun and games when you're making money and I thought it was all so easy as my first buy was KDR and I made money, but when the share price went from 80c down to around 60c, I took the profits and moved over to ESR where I lost a bucketload of money (big complaint was made to ASIC about them) and I'm still trying to get the money back. If I had kept my money in KDR after i'd bought in at 34c and seen it through all of the court challenge until now, I'd be sitting on more than $300,000 profit now, rather than being in the red by around $55,000 (fortunately I got $20,000 as tax refund for trading losses - so now $35,000 in the red). Once I had that big loss it's no longer fun and it's really tough in the market because of the amount of manipulation going on, and if you've been traumatised by a big loss it's hard to buy into a stock and then watch it fall after you've bought in. The last few days with EUC have been really, really hard until I finally sold out this morning at a small loss because I couldn't hold my nerve. Once you've had the big loss you lose the confidence and second guess yourself - it's not fun. There's so many people ramping this stock (and it is probably for good reason) but you just don't know the selling and buying they're doing behind the scenes - people are self-interested so as people always say after they've ramped "DYOR"! It's very true.

So my recommendation would be to stay small until you *really* know how the market operates - pump and dumps, stock entry (which is something I always seem to get wrong every time), retraces, gaps etc etc. I wish I had got a mentor, or gone through a broker or something like that. Hitting upon KDR for me was just dumb luck and I thought I was smart.

These are the stories you don't hear about, you typically only hear the people who have made hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions of dollars and it's easy to get carried away thinking that it's all so easy and it's not. Anyway good luck with it all and learn from my stupidity!
