Normal practice when appointing a new director would be to summarise their credentials.
I have confirmed substantial skin in the game and other financial and non-financial support of the company by the new director.
But, without the company telling me what skills are brought to the table then it makes it hard to vote in favour of.
We don't have money to throw around.
Just IMHO.
