The offer doesn't close till 2nd November, unless extended or withdrawn, or becomes unconditional before that date.
The money won't be paid till 21 days after close....and only if they have pledged to them 90% of the shares or better!
If the offer becomes unconditional before that date, the money will be paid 30 days after that date!
I hope you got a good interest rate on your "bridging' loan.
