Seems when it comes to going to war, sides don't play by any rules.

The targeting of innocents from both sides is disgraceful but lets get real. When countries are at war the rule book, Geneva or otherwise is thrown out. I don't think the Germans targeted only opposing military targets when buzz bombing London and I am pretty sure that 'A' bomb was intended to do a bit more than take out strategic opposition points. I find the term 'war crimes' one of the greatest hypocrocies. I wonder why they don't just play a game of chess for the land? As for the death penalty...if you could be sure that the innocent weren't killed it would be greatly beneficial.
