    any chance there was a placement at 10.5 and all the sellers are just getting their shares back cheaper? This would be 20% discount to the recent average price of 13 cents

    Also coincides with the bottom in early July

    Seems like a reasonable place to go back in - 10.5 to 11 range good buying methinks
