Nobody can actually responsibility advice you about the timing. If you believe this is a good company then I suppose a few days or even weeks differences are acceptable.
I think no one in the market can have such accuracy, so allow yourself to have some buffer zones.
Bottom line, don't be greedy and don't be a coward too.
