Management control around 15 -16% from what i can glean. Then Saint Barbara control 9.5%. Given that Pitt & management are very close then i would expect them to think as one in the event of a bid or expression of interest. So there is no way anyone could possible buy this on the cheap. Good news for the small shareholders !
