To be honest the only signs I am seeing currently of a leaky boat is the timing of the surge and volume. I have not seen any news or clues otherwise to suggest a leaky boat.

Looking at their current cash on hand and expected expenditure in the next 6 months I was figuring there would be a fair chance of a CR about 5 or 6 months from now.

The pump in the share price is however suggestive of a pre-CR pump and as you point out there has been an increase in communication which bears a correlation with timing of past CRs.

The timing is especially well placed considering the scope for further news announcements in the next month or two to help encourage/attract interest in the CR. The news flow helped the last CR to be massively oversubscribed at a time when others were struggling to raise their targeted amount.

If there is another CR shortly I'd figure a price between 8 and 9 cents. The question would be what they intend to do with the cash, for existing research and exploration, to commercialise the memory ink, an acquisition for Stealth Mode Technologies, or a combination of some or all of those? I am thinking a combination of sorts.

Of course I could be way off track and the rise was just due to a re-rating. I see that Morningstar Quantative on 18/10/17 changed their rating from fairly valued to undervalued and considers fair value to be 13 cents.
