Can you please advise as to how the remaining 5% of shares (after buy-back) are to be dealt with. I would assume they will be returned, possibly in part in the wind-up stage???

Glenn,

You have assumed correctly.

The liquidators will complete their task and by march 2008 should be in a position to pay-out the remaining balances for the shareholders who accepted the Buy-Back offer now being recommended.
