director sold 3m shares

I see A Barton sold 3M shares in AYO, announced yesterday. This is a bit if a turnaround.

I wonder if he used the money to participate in the convertible notes issue?

If not, it isn't a great sign, although he had 15M shares, and at that price, I too would be tempted to realise some cash.
