Well it will clearly affect A2M, most kiwis tonight would feel disenfranchised, not good for consumer confidence or A2M.
In a voluntary voting system, President Trump won the electoral college on his own. IMHO voluntary voting is clearly democratic as it is a democratic right not to vote or not, whether to be on the roll or not. the Australian way is hardly democratic compelling someone to vote in a democracy, how democratic is that?
Ardern lost the election but has been enthroned through two other parties' minority votes, NZ First voters would not have thought they were voting for a Labour PM? So losers win power, as The Australian headline reads.
