meh....if they win the case it still means months of "now we've applied for the license", "now we've been asked to resubmit the license in braille", "now we've been asked to do a powerpoint presentation of the project at a roundtable of goatherders" etc before anything really exciting happens.
Oman on the other hand has finally transcended the smoke and mirrors and is beginning to see the light of dawn. I've reviewed the MECA website, all applications of any kind have the 30 day turnaround, so we can only but speculate as to whether Alara have the approval now and are submitting it to PAM to get the final license.
If they hadnt been given the approval, then surely they would be obliged to disclose as much immediately to the market, as the announcement of the MECA lodgement itself was deemed to be a price sensitive announcement?
