Starting to wonder whether we'll have any action or at least a definitive announcement on the status of MNK negotiations BEFORE their shares come out of voluntary escrow?
Otherwise MSB essentially did a 40m capital raise and MNK could easily walk away with an tidy profit for not much effort and pre existing shareholders get shafted again....
