    I just think shortman is starting to reveal the story of the long battle to cap the sp at $4. Fortunately, it looks like that battle is slowly being lost. Though can't say they have thrown in the towel just yet. Note also the mini heads and shoulders recently. The stats of course have a 4 day lag.
