Personally I feel we are obligated if possible to see this World class asset remain Australian controlled, far too much is just sold off to overseas investors for a few people to realise a profit often not thinking of what they may have gained if they'd held on.
This is a Company with proven assets of quality, it is not as if it won't be developed if we don't give over control to overseas, to have 2 competitors of this calibre fighting for RCI speaks for itself. With most analysts predicting hefty price increases for all coal especially coking coal not just next year but for the foreseeable future is surely worth factoring in.
I'm not adverse to making a profit, otherwise I wouldn't be here but I do think it's essential that all investors start thinking of what is also the best outcome for Australia & future generations, after all shouldn't all Australians benefit from Australias resources. At least if we keep control of RCI we can keep a great deal of the profits here where it can flow onto other areas of the community.
I'm not suggesting for a second that it must remain Australian at all cost, none of us would be around very long with that attitude however I do think that the Bowen Basin will deliver the goods along with vast sums of profit whatever way it goes & if we can do it in a way where we still enjoy profits but also keep it Australian, to me is the best outcome possible.
I hope you all give this the careful thought & consideration, not only to immediate financial gain but to the consequences as well, it really deserves.
    All the very best Cheers
