I think this is normal, and smart. I think a great many of the Regen staff would be paid in USD.
Perhaps the question should be:
What proportion of the Regen team are now based in the USA?
This ties back in with someone's question about currency / FX management and the fact that the company doesn't use sophisticated FX management tools, they simply use a natural hedge - Adapt is sold in USD, and most of the Regen costs would be in USD.
