    my estimates: 62m aud, 48m debt, 8m prepaid off take, 6m possible capital raise.
    currently that's half the market cap but by the time licence and off take etc are in place it should be a lot less than half the market cap.
    resolutions 4 and 5 are worth about 1.2m at 2cps and 2m respectively. About 160m shares at 2cps. 4.4m$ and 110m shares at 4cps. $5.6m 93m shares at 6cps.
