    thanks wsj .

we do have something coming .

on monetisation, part of the opportunity is that companies like mig .. don't rely on Ads . that's very much a deep ad market model for the USA / Australia / etc. the data shows that things like Bigo, migme, momo, etc .. can monetise better than an Ad alternative : up to several thousand dollars per star / influencer . and much more per media partner .

regrettably, we had an accident with the funding in August . and whilst we had a belief (and the subsequent data shows) that it was possible for us to get to a cashflow neutral situation, we did not anticipate (rightfully or wrongly), the convertible call and the consequential issues.

no working capital. not possible to get to cashflow +ve . show the valuation .

its a shame, as we're now on diminished operations . but the data does show that post funding, we can light it all up again and restore services to our users . they're all obviously hurting right now : as is staff, creditors, shareholders. but hopefully the plan rstores everything and we come back to life again .

ps. i know mike, and he's really an enterprise guy . this is an emerging market / consumer play ... has to be the right person for the right etc . we're working on it .

    steve
