I s'ppose the way they are doing it will bring price (and value is a given either way) to CVI quicker. The only other plus I can see is to appease the Tunberry holders in the short term by assuring them that they are getting a good deal by CVI being worth more before the deal goes through.
I may be wrong, but isn't Turnberry a privately owned company? This I believe is a plus as the owners of Turnberry understand the neccssity of Cityview to be succesful in adding value asap. Had Turnberry been a listed company I'm not sure if this deal would even have gone through.
