Rabbs, I have not read too much on this final solution but it seems Eritrea is "buying" these sheep to add to their heards, not for immediate slaughter. If so then they can't be diseased. Eritrea has no right to blackmail us but is still wothy of aid. The Saudi's are classic ragheads who need to trade oil for "everything else" [to lazy to make anything themselves] but they refuse to admit dependency, so occasionally they kick their trading partners in the balls, just to show who's boss.
