YOu have come out and stated that you will get your day in court (vengeance) for not getting a new deal for your options (extortion) and painted a picture on hot copper what negative press the company would get (more extortion)if you took them to court
Your motive lacks credibility
You have a vested interest in an outcome that a reasonable person would consider self interest.
If you seek an outcome but are prepared to waive it for remuneration from an (unreasonable) options deal,
you are subjecting yourself to time behind bars.....
