Shareholders might soon hear from Sol Lew as there aren't many items on the AGM agenda that he'll like. Remuneration items and Item 7 “renewal of proportional takeover provisions”, in particular.

It should prove to be an entertaining AGM for spectators if Mr Lew sends his troops in to disrupt the meeting and pummel current chairman Paul McClintock with questions over Myer’s recent profit warning, souring sales and the failure of its costly “New Myer” strategy to revive flatlining earnings.
