Cappers??? people buy and people sell all for different reasons, and there is some resistance ahead.
This needs to break the 2.6/2.7 range and 'close' above to confirm its little breakout phase, otherwise this will get knocked right back down again.

If the price is factoring in the announcement we know which way it will head once the announcement is made dont we???
