Its never lived up to potential.

Possible value and potential value will never ever be realised with current board.

It will not be a take over target that is fair and reasonable to shareholders.under current management. They could sell any major holdings at any time

Its not goimg break any new highs if board remains the same in the near future.

Any one seeing this as undervalued between now and the meeting would be taking a pretty big risk to 'top up'.in this situation it could seem undervalued for a while.

I have seen many mining and other close to shell companies trading well below cashing backing per share. Simply because the board could not be trusted and for good reason. And no wonder there was little moving in trading of the shares.
