Interesting that Xstrata have snaffled Anvil Hill and Austral off Centennial Coal. The article in the Herald Sun in Melbourne alluded to the premium that is likely to be paid for 'coking coal" assets in the Bowen Basin. The re is an implied threat from Bhushan that they will walk away from RCI if things don't go their way and buy something else. They should be aware that the portfolio of quality coal assets is rapidly drying up.
