I guess one of the concerns is that no clinical trial has been done to demonstrate efficacy. Worse still, there is no peer-reviewed research to back up their claims.
If the stuff really works, then it is simple to provide such details. They refuse to do so, and wonder why people question their evidential support.
Sooner or later, the truth will catch up with the hype.
