DYL's chart reveals it is being capped at 42 cents - now why do you cap a stock - to accumulate that's why - and make no mistake professionals are capping DYL and accumulating - perhaps your are one of them

FIB retracement numbers for the latest move from the low of 16 August to the high of 5 September:-

38.2% retracement 36.5 cents

50% retracement 34.5 cents

61.8% retracement 32 cents

DYL price falls recently has been on low volume

The chart clearly reveals that from 20 August to 29 August DYL has established a strong support area between 35.5 cents and 38 cents

The low of 25 cents on 16 August occured during a day of general market panic and the futures exchange closing for a period. This was an extreme day of panic selling - yet look how quickly DYL bounced back from there !

Now if you look at the candle of 6 August it hit a low of 36.5 cents confirming this area as the worst case scenario.

In my reading of the charts we are within 2 weeks of a significant breakout - which will change the long downtrend that commenced on 30 April 2008 and bring in further fresh buying support.

Also when a stock trades in a tight range as DYL has done recently, such a consolidation usually builds up a lot of pressure, and when this pressure is released the move should be big - and all indications are that the move will be UP

This is definately not the area to be shaken out of your position.
