Looks like ICG has intentions to issue more shares down the tract by passing this resolution.
Might explain the lacklustre share movement on these good mineral results lately!
I always expected more capital raising or share placement in lew of asking shareholders for money.
Keep the high grade results coming and I don't see a problem!
