Ive mixed my metaphores a bit in referring to extra oil from the Phase 1 wells (from workovers and infill drilling) going to market through the existing facilities-of course it does!. The early production from the yet-to-be finalised first wells in Phase 2 is the oil that gets to market through the existing Phase 1 set-up.
Phase 2 gets off to a flyer by using Phase 1 facilities.
If you reckon Beibu is a boomer now wait to see what it will be in 3 years.
