Last year I was talking to an old bloke, he was telling me about watching Don Bradman playing at the MCG during the late forties
He said, "I was there sitting in the stands with my fiance, Bradman was in and this bowler delivered a good ball but Bradman absolutely creamed it. Anyway I watched this ball, it came right up in the stands and would you believe it, it came right up and hit my fiance in the groin!!!"
"Gees that must have hurt!" I replied.
"Yes it did" the old man said. "It broke my bloody finger"!!!
