I expect Wuxi will be happy to purchase another 5% for as little as possible.

Shareholders may want to watch for any short term weakness, and for opportunities to buy in the near term if the price is deliberately engineered to fall somewhat in order to help Wuxi purchase their additional 5%.

So who will sell to Wuxi on market at 18 cents - any takers?
