There's no error
There were 945m on issue (some were escrowed so not in the 650m trading shares) then the conversion of the founder performance shares 195m (detailed in prospectus and last annual report) occurred plus the new shares valued at $9.5 m @ $0.0575
The triggers for the performance shares were 2500 pharmacies and $5m annual revenue (measured over 2 quarters)
Also if you open EBOS's announcement,
They said they have invested $10.5m in MDR instead of $9.5m AUD
That means the off market block transaction is 20m shares @ $0.050 = $1 m when shares were trading around 4 cents Sth.
