Not sure what your agenda is here. But you appear to have been around enough to know that MOUs are simply a tool for companies to meet continuess disclosure obligations. You may not hold any value on MOUs but the market does. The exact value being variable depending on the details. If you'd rather wait till contracts are signed and the company is derisked then feel free to wait. How ever as you would know with less risk comes less reward.
Personally my risk/reward tolerance is pretty high. Thus I have nice low entry point and already sitting on over a bag. Mainly thanks to MOUs.
