I believe it's Cephalon/Teva who sold the 29,000,000 shares @ $1.50. This will bring their shareholding to less than 5%.
With their holdings less than 5%, I expect them to continue selling the remaining stakes and they don't have to notify the ASX anymore.
With this event finally happening, the argument that no substantial shareholders ever sell their MSB shares that some on this forum like to put forward is finally dismissed!
No matter how MSB spins this, a major pharma who knows intimately one of MSB's leading products, selling out at a price that is close to multi-year low, is not a good look.
