All indications at present are that Arena is out or relaxed. If Arena or whoever was selling then the bots would be going higher to build up the buys then sell into them.
If it's a buyer they sell down with bots and buy as the fearful drop their sell price lower. You will see lumps bought as the price drops. It's a power game.
