The only time Wangle wont work is when there is no network at all, ie no wifi or 3g/4g etc, but then you wont be accessing the internet either, so ... yeah.
I assume in this case it will cache the GPS data and then upload once a network is available again.
Speaking of FZO isnt that tied to a physical box? so what happens when you are at the shops? does it VPN back to the house? I can see it giving protection at home but cant quite work out how it works when the child is out and about. I've only had a cursory look so maybe im missing something obvious.
