I'm not so sure about that. To start with Wombats inventory table suggests 42%/58% high/low quality.
There has also been sugestions on here that we don't mine any conundum and none will be for sale in the auction. This is incorrect. Heres the proof.
Announcment - 7 june 17 - Bulk sampling of license 8245L. Initial test pitting has generated what they call strong results of 9.45ct Ruby and 2.3 ct corundum (19.6%) corundum from 2726 kg of gravel.
Only a small sample but the only information they have supplied on a ratio of rubies/corundum. Please note this is only a small bulk sample of one of the mining leases.

However in other announcements they describe the mix as Ruby, unlike in the announcement about the export of the parcel of rubies to the USA (6221 cts). where they describe the parcel to be Ruby and conundum and is a good mix of different ruby quality from low to high ra ra.

Nowadays they don't even dare to mention the word corundun. We know some corundum will be in the auction inventory because we know they are going to sell the 6148 cts they have described as a good mix in the past but currently describe as a parcel of rubies. It's just a question of how much corundum they are taking to the auction and how much they have in inventory.
