It appears to be forming "three rising valleys"-a fairly reliable pattern generally.It needs to close above 16.5 to fully confirm this pattern, then a very healthy rise is probable.Many stocks get close to confirmation then fail so I would rather forego 2-3 cents profit and get in later with more certainty.
